The New Hoopers Collective is an independent NIL collective supporting the development of young basketball players. The collective is sponsoring the No Backboard Basketball Prep League NIL Exposure Program for basketball athletes between the ages of 18 and 21, our goal is to provide a comprehensive and holistic development opportunity for these young athletes that compliments each athlete’s existing commitments, while also creating a unique opportunity for individuals and organizations to support young athletes through the emerging NIL market.
